Drug Courts are provide the opportunity for first time, non-violent drug offenders to avoid incarceration in favor of specialized treatment.

What is Drug Court?

Drug Courts are alternative sentencing courts with 3 ambitions...

1. Recovery from use disorders in order to reduce future criminal activity

2. Provide an alternative to incarceration for non-violent offenders, reduce burdens on courts, jails, and prisons while providing offenders treatment and education.
