It's clear that the students spend the majority of their weekly time studying either in class or outside of class.

Studies show that this added pressure from stressful academics leads to an increased likelihood of developing Depression.

And the students turn to methods that provide them some relief...

The number of College Students using Marijuana nearly tripled between 2017 and 2020.

There was an increase of 216.67% in the number of college students using Nicotine Vapes between 2017 and 2020.

The Price of Stigma, Prejudice, and Discrimination

The cause of Students turning to drugs and refraining from seeking help from the correct resources is majorly because of the Stigma around Mental Health Issues.

The Price for this Stigma and Discrimination is paid by the loved ones of individuals facing Mental Health Issues

Data from 2019 reveals that about 13.3% of students seriously considered ending their lives over the preceding 12 months.

There has been an upward trend in suicide rates among individuals between the age of 25 to 34 years of age.
